I actually decrypted this trivially last week using special tools. I had some time yesterday though, so I bothered to write a tool that is distributable.

For once we're dealing with real crypto algorithms, but it didn't help much. ;)

Updated 1.01: Now supports other games if the executable is supplied as a parameter. Defaults to KimiAru otherwise.
Updated 1.02: Now supports 秘蹟神姫アルカナセイバー.
Updated 1.03: Now supports 侵蝕3.
