It seemed like I should already have a tool to extract the FPK archives ... but I couldn't find anything, so wrote it again(?).

kgcg2bmp was actually one the first tools I posted here. :) I included it here since I can't find the original zip...

Updated 1.01: now supports unobfuscated (old?) archives.
Updated 1.02: now supports イチャずら. It's entirely junk 3D data though...
